Investment Opportunities

We are offering interested investors the opportunity to buy into a current project or to buy shares of a future project in both countries as laid out in our basic assumptions below. A minimum investment is $100,000, but owing to the size of viable projects we are looking for solvent investors with a capital of at least $500,000.  The total investment for each project, to be completed consecutively, will amount to approximately $2,000,000.

These funds will be exclusively used to finance each project. They will not buy shares in our company. We will form a separate legal project entity to protect the investors' funds. Funds are to be used entirely for purchasing land, developing the land, taxes, other capital outlays, and construction cost (if such is planned). At each stage of the project the acquired or developed property, in whole or in part, will serve as collateral for investors according to their share of the project.

We are currently in the process of identifying more projects, including retirement residences in Panama and resort type developments in Cambodia and welcome any inquiry of interested parties.

Panama Projects:

The development of each project is targeted for North American and European early retirees, looking for lower priced homes than in their own country. The projects are similar in nature. Therefore, we are giving one sample assumption here. Due to the fluctuations of real estate prices this assumption is subject to change.


Cambodian Projects:

We are pursuing two types

A) development of normal housing projects and

B) resort developments
